Consultation Process

No two clients are the same, so at Petals & Confetti, we aim to provide a high quality and professional service that meets needs of every, individual client.


We offer a  “no-obligation", initial consultation, at your convenience which helps us to gain a good idea of how you woul like your Special Day to be.


We are happy to hold consultations at your home or at your venue (by prior arrangement with the venue), whichever you prefer. 


We will discuss every aspect of your decorations and flowers with you so that we have a thorough understanding of the style and themes of your event. 


Any additional information you may have e.g. photos, pictures or material swatches are most welcome and can prove invaluable during these initial discussions.


We will advise on seasonality of flowers and what designs will complement the day and the venue.  


Following the consultation, we will send you quotation which will detail everything that has been discussed and, once you have made your decisions, we will send you a deposit invoice, which we ask you to sign and return along with your £50.00 deposit.  


On receipt of the signed invoice and deposit monies the booking will be confirmed, and no other booking will be taken for that day.  


We pride ourselves on offering a high level of service and we are completely committed to our clients which is why we only take one event per day - our focus is completely on you, and only you, no distractions, so you need to book early to avoid disappointment as dates fill up very quickly. 


The prices quoted on the deposit invoice will be the price paid and will only be subject to change if you make considerable changes to your order.  


There is no VAT to be added to our prices.
